The plain version: Veteran Rebids organizes public federal contract records to save you research time. Check anything important at the source before you act on it.

What Veteran Rebids is

Veteran Rebids is an independent information service. It lists federal service contracts that are nearing a re-bid or an option decision, compiled from public records on USAspending.gov. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. government, SBA, VA, GSA, SAM.gov or USAspending.gov.

No guarantees about the data

• Public federal data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and we can make mistakes compiling it.
• Contract dates change. Agencies may exercise, skip or extend options, issue bridge contracts, or cancel or combine requirements.
• A listing does not predict or guarantee that a contract will be re-bid, set aside for veterans, or awarded to you.
• Nothing here is legal, procurement, tax or financial advice. Before you bid, hire, or spend money, confirm the details on SAM.gov, USAspending.gov or with the contracting office.

Using the site

• You may use the lookup, the pages and the weekly email for your own business research, and share links to them.
• The federal records themselves are public. Our site, its summaries, layout and emails are our work. Please don't copy them wholesale, resell them, or scrape the site in a way that slows it down for others.
• Don't use the site to break the law or to harass anyone listed in the public records.

The weekly email

The weekly email is free. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email, or reply to change your trade or region. How we handle your email address is explained in our privacy policy.

Paid plans

If we offer a paid plan, its price, any free trial, how it renews and how to cancel will be shown to you before you pay. Those details become part of these terms.

Free help pages and providers

The free help pages point to public resources. If we ever list paid providers, each paid spot will be labeled as an ad. A listing is not an endorsement, and we aren't responsible for a provider's work. Check credentials yourself.

Limits of our responsibility

Veteran Rebids is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bids or lost profits, that come from using the site or the email. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $0 if you used only the free service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to subscribers, we'll mention it in the weekly email first.
